LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Our Office is conveniently
located in the greater Washington D.C. area, in the heart of
Northern Virginia business district. We can and do efficiently
represent clients on U.S. immigration matters who are located
anywhere within or outside the United States, due to federal
nature of immigration law.
For family, business
law and other matters we represent clients in the states of
Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia and New York.

10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) or send an e-mail to law@ncls-inc.com,
stating your desire to be represented and including a brief
overview of your current status or situation.
You may also contact
us for a one-time initial consultation ($100) with no further
obligation. If you choose to engage our services for the matter
discussed in your consultation within 30 days, the full amount
of your consultation fee will be credited towards future representation.
PROCEDURE
Once you have decided
to engage our services, you will obtain a Retainer Agreement
(“RA”). The RA varies according to the procedure involved and
is different for companies and individuals.
The RA contains all the
details of the process and a breakdown of the various fees involved.
After the RA is returned to our Office, you will receive a Client
ID/Case number and your case is activated.
OUR FEES and
PAYMENT PLANS
In general, partial payment is due at the start of the process
and the balance paid in part at each stage of representation.
Our Office can create a payment plan to help clients make payments
in monthly installments, over the duration of representation.
