Elena Rybakova has a Master of Law degree from the State Russian Academy of Intellectual Property, Moscow, Russia, majoring in Civil law and Intellectual Property law. She also holds an AAS degree in Paralegal Studies after completing an ABA-approved program at Northern Virginia Community College.

Mrs. Rybakova started her career at the Patent office of Russian Federation, where she worked in the legal department, focusing on the legal aspects of intellectual property registration and international law. Prior to joining the firm, she has also worked as a legal assistant for individual attorneys practicing family law and immigration law.

As a member of NCLS team Elena focuses her practice on employment based immigration and on litigation.

Elena is fluent in English and Russian languages.
