llona Kosmich graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University with a degree in psychology and social work. She also took Business and Accounting courses at the Institute of Modern Knowledge.

Prior to joining National Capital Legal Services, Ilona worked for a joint Belarusian-Polish company as an Assistant Director. 

In the NCLS team, Ilona carries the duties of an office manager, while also assisting our legal professionals with file organization, bookkeeping, and legal forms preparation. 

Ilona is fluent in Russian, Belorussian, and English.
