Attorney Krukova is licensed to practice law in New York, Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia.
She is the member of Circuit Courts for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 9th Circuits. She is also a member of the Federal Courts of Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia.
Alona Dorosh
Senior Immigration and Litigation Specialist
Alona Dorosh holds a degree of Master of Public Administration from the School of Urban and Public Affairs, University of Louisville, KY. She also has a LL.M. degree from the Free International University of Moldova, majoring in International and Institutional Law. Additionally, she received a Master of Arts degree with emphasis on modern and classical philology and completed a non-degree doctoral program within the same university.

Ekaterina Vakulina earned her Law Degree from Voronezh State University, where the Faculty of Law is one of the most famous Legal schools in Russia. She has a major in civil, international, and commercial law. Prior to joining National Capital Legal Services, Ms. Vakulina worked for a District Court in Russia.

Elena Rybakova has a Master of Law degree from the State Russian Academy of Intellectual Property, Moscow, Russia, majoring in Civil law and Intellectual Property law. She also holds an AAS degree in Paralegal Studies after completing an ABA-approved program at Northern Virginia Community College.
llona Kosmich
Office Manager
llona Kosmich graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University with a degree in psychology and social work. She also took Business and Accounting courses at the Institute of Modern Knowledge.
Prior to joining National Capital Legal Services, Ilona worked for a joint Belarusian-Polish company as an Assistant Director.

Sossna Demasu holds an LLB degree from the University of Asmara, Law School from her native Eritrea. She worked with different governmental and non-profit organizations, including International Rescue Committee and Egyptian Embassy before moving to the U.S. in 2009.
Ksenia Poniatovskaya

Ksenia Poniatovskaya received her Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Warsaw majoring in Law and Administration. The University of Warsaw is one of the top law schools in Europe. Prior to joining National Capital Legal Services, Kseniya worked at two other immigration law firms in Washington DMV area handling family and business immigration matters, as well as asylum and family law cases.
