Tunyatorn is an immigration specialist at National Capital Legal Services. She holds two Master of Laws (LLM) Degrees, one in Law and Government and one in International Legal Studies, both from American University Washington College of Law with specialization in Intellectual Property.

Tunyatorn also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. She is licensed to practice law in Thailand, where she concentrated her practice in litigation and family law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an immigration specialist at Mil Mujeres Legal Services where she focused her immigration practice helping survivors of violent crimes in the United States. She also worked at Woman and Law Clinic where she was an interpreter assisting with immigration cases.

As a member of NCLS team Tunyatorn focuses her practice on employment based immigration and investment based petitions.

Tunyatorn is fluent in English and Thai languages.
